Product Description:
The high-speed aerosol automatic filling production line is a complex system composed of multiple machines and pumps.
It mainly includes two main machines, namely the double rotary table twelve head liquid filling machine and the ten head gas filling machine. In addition, complemented by other machines, such as the valve inserting machine, water bath machine, weighing machine, actuator placing machine, outer cap pressing machine, booster pump and conveyor belt, form a complete production line.
The entire production line is highly automated and has high production efficiency and performance.

With stable and reliable operation, few faults and long service life, the production line is extremely efficient and labor saving. High precision and stable filling quality are ensured by using SMC pneumatic control components and foreign high-quality products which are known for their reliability and wear-resistance. The conveyor belt is driven by explosion-proof motor for added safety, while other parts are driven by compressed air. For greater production speed and easy mold changes, the line has a one click drop function.
