Product Description:
The high speed homogenizer is a machine that can mix liquid, powder, paste and other materials. It has many applications in food, industry, beverage and medicine.
The homogenizer has a lifting style mixing head with a long shaft and a high-speed rotor inside. When the shaft is rotated at high speed by the motor, it will pump the liquid into the mixing head through the pipe. The liquid will be mixed by centrifugal force in the mixing head and then discharged from the bottom of the mixing head.
Homogenizers are widely used in food processing because they can reduce particle size very quickly and evenly without damaging cell structure so that ingredients can be uniformly dispersed without affecting flavor or nutritional value.
